1. Promotions
1. I retain the right to post the artwork to my social media or include it in my portfolio, so please let me know if you wish to keep it private.
2. Personal use
1. Commissions are generally for personal non-commercial use. If you would like to use commissioned work for commercial purposes, please read the “commercial” section of this page. DO NOT RESELL MY ARTWORK.
3. Rights and Credit
1. I retain all the rights to the work unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would like to use your commissioned work for your own sites (pfp, banners, etc.), you need to give me credit by including my name or link to my site. It does not need to be super noticeable, but it needs to be findable.
2. You may not remove my signature from my artwork unless we agreed to something otherwise.
3. You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference it.
4. However, if you do this to study, keep it private. Don’t share it online without permission or profit off of such works.
4. For client’s only
1. This work is only for you. If this work will be a gift for someone else, please let me know, just so I can make note of it.
5. Miscellaneous usage
1. I do not consent to any of my works to be used to train AI, the creation of NFTs, or any applications related to such.

III. Work

1. Digital Work
1. I only do commissions in the digital format.
2. You will receive a .PNG file at 300 dpi or 350 dpi after full payment has been received.
2. Updates
1. As I progress through the commission, you will receive work in progress photos to ensure the image is looking satisfactory, which will be low quality and/or watermarked.
3. Turnaround
1. Commissions may take 1 week to 2 months. This time will vary depending on style, complexity of the work, my availability (I have a full-time job outside of taking commissions, so it may take some time), and the promptness of your feedback. Please note I will only be able to move onto the next step after I receive your approval. I will notify you if I need more time than the stated time frame.

IV. Payment

1. Mode of payment
1. I only do business through paypal, stripe, and vgen.
2. When applicable an invoice will be sent after we agree over the details of the project. I will only send an invoice once I am ready to begin your commission.
2. Refunds
1. Refunds will be based on how much work has been done on the commission and is based on the full price of the commission. There is a minimum fee of $10 USD if any work was done when you request a refund (this mainly applies for commissions below $35).

2. After a piece is completed, I will not refund or redo the piece. However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.
3. If I am unable to complete the work for some reason, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.
3. Down payments
1. At least a 50% down payment is needed for any projects over $50 USD. Commissions under $50 USD must be paid upfront before I can start. If the halfway point is reached (you will be notified when that point is reached) before the next installment of the payment is received, the project will be paused and continued after receiving that payment.
4. AI usage
1. If you use any of my work for AI, you will be charged full price, the commission will be canceled, and you will be blacklisted.
5. Rush
1. If there is a deadline within 2 weeks, you will be charged a rush fee of $25+. I will not accept a commission with a deadline within a week, and I will not rush a commission that is already in progress and paid for. Please state any possible deadlines.
2. If you would like to jump the waitlist or commission me when I am not open, a fee of $50 will be charged.
6. Revisions
1. You may only change the subject of the commission during the plain sketching phase.
2. If the subject of the commission has been changed afterwards, I am allowed to reassess the price of the commission. There will be a fee of $5 after 2 big revisions. This includes changes in composition, major changes in posing after one was agreed on, or switching to a different character. Of course, if there are anatomy mistakes or if something looks weird or incorrect, don't hesitate to notify me.

V. Commercial

1. Use of the commissioned work for commercial purposes of any other kind is not allowed unless discussed with the artist.
1. Note: If you are unmonetized, it can count as a personal commission. Be sure to double check however.
2. Limited Commercial use (1.5x of base price): For streaming and advertising purposes. I retain the rights to the work (so you need to give credit), and the client is not authorized to use it for any purpose not agreed upon.
3. Full Copyright (3x of base price): Get full copyright to use for any projects and the .PSD file.
4. Examples of commercial use (Feel free to contact me and ask if you are uncertain whether your commission would be considered commercial use):

4. For Twitch/Youtube/business social media sites that could be used to generate profit (such as alerts, and pfps)
